Supporting documents -

• Undergraduate: Equivalent of a Canadian high school (Grade 12) diploma, with an overall average of C or better (2.00 on a 4.33 scale), translated official transcripts if not in English (official high school transcript and official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions), completed application form, proof of English proficiency, Letter of Intent (LOI), and credential evaluation from a recognized service if credentials are from an unrecognized institution or if additional analysis is required by the Admissions Committee
• Graduate: Bachelor’s degree by a recognized post-secondary institution, having a cumulative GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.33 scale) or higher or its equivalent, official transcripts, GMAT, GRE, completed application form, resume, LOI (Letter of Intent), Proof of English language proficiency, credential evaluation, and certified translations of any documents not given in English.

University of Canada West English Proficiency -

Applicants are exempted from these tests if they:

• Completed a minimum of 30 credits at a post-secondary institution where English is the language of instruction and the school is located in a country where English is an official language.
• Completion of UCW’s University Access Program (English preparation courses)
• Completed an International Baccalaureate English A1/A2 or English Literature and Performance
• Completion of studies at a certified secondary school for four (4) or more consecutive years of full-time education where English was the primary language of instruction but is in a country where English is not a primary language

Visa Information: Step by Step

• Acceptance of Letter of Offer (LOO) by payment of the deposit
• Reception of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) after payment of the deposit has been made
• Usage of LOA to apply for VISA or study permit
• A valid passport is needed for VISA application
